I can say that Takashi Murakami is one of my favorite japanese artists. I don’t think he needs introduction though. His multicolored designs for fancy brand Louis Vuitton were subject of high attention. This fruitful collaboration didn’t stop at wallets and handbags. These days he is preparing new line of rugs, handmade in India. One of them is called Flowerball and follows older Murakami’s flower designs.
